That was the “spark” behind NML! Here we create FREE positive, upbeat workouts that feel like you’re taking a group fitness class at home. I’ve been a group fitness instructor for over 10 years and love the group fitness experience, but recognized it’s a true LUXURY to be able to attend classes in person (especially as a new mama).
